intermittent communication issues in NXT Fuji SMT lines | 10 April, 2018

Hi All

We are running Fuji NXTs SMT lines. For each line we have a individual client PC running on windows 7 which communicates with a main server which is also running on win7. Randomly we face issue like programs are not getting downloaded on the line.

all the NXT modules, Main server and Line clien pc are all in single network and there are no firewalls between them. It is a flat network.

Can anyone help with some solution.

Yes we had the same problems with Flexa and our AIMEX 3. Fuji techs came in and upgraded all our software to version 6.24.0.1. This solved almost all the communication problems between server and client computers.
