X-RAY Inspection of BGA Devices

I am eager to hear from anyone who has experience with X-RAY inspection equipment (specifically for BGA devices) or can make any recommendations. Any knowledge of second hand equipment for sale would also be valuable. Regards Rob

Also CR Technologies, 4 Pi, and HP have good reputations but I've never used the equipment. It's tough to find these things on the used market. Your going to have to get lucky and hit a fire sale or going out of business auction. They tend to be bought and utilized when necessary. Regards, Justin

We have had a Glenbrook model for about 8 months, seems to be a popular choice in my area As for inspection standards, they are tough to come by, nobody has really set any forth that I had found. You can try Bob Willis's home page, he has developed a few standards based on experience can't remember the URL offhand. Phil
