We had a customer asking PFMEA and SPC/Cpk program. Our company did not have those in our system. Any help is appreciated.

do u mean program as in software? Minitab can do all the basic statistical analysis for your data and give you Cp, Cpk Values. The Cp and Cpk values are derived from estimates from the data (hence necessary to have Confidence Intervals).

PFMEA and SPC/Cpk program | 7 March, 2006

Air Academy Associates has a nice SPC package that has the PFMEA calculations built in to it. It also does Cp/Cpk/regression analysis, MSA, et al.You can combine it with a reaally user friendly DOE software for about $250. Both use Excel.
