Dek 265 GS Problem: Machine abruptly turns off. It can be in the middle of a stroke or just sitting idle. After the machine turns off we have to let it sit for a few minutes (sometimes 20) in order for it to restart. Any suggestions? Thanks in adv

Any help would be appreciated We have a DEK 265 Screener that has been showing symtoms of a bad power supply. Is there a way to back up the hard drive and is an executive program needed in case the machine totally dies. Dave

Dek265 Upward vision is dim. Replaced bulb. Vision is still to dark to see anything. Bottom you can see fine. Any ideas?

Hy there all! I have a problem trying to make the communication between a DEK 265 and a conveyor from ASYS. The problem itself is that I cannot find a description about the pins in the downline communication plug of the DEK. If anybody could help it

Check the surge protector on top of the power supply. Pretty common problem on the 265s.

By-pass the surge protector on top of the power supply. Located at the bottom of the machine. Pretty common on older 265s.

I checked battery voltage with the meter and they are ok.
