The pads are 0.070 x 0.012 ... as spec'ed, and as measured. The pad extends approximately 0.017 behind where the Class 3 fillet is required to be. (It used to be 0.037 on an older design that exhibited similar, but not as bad of heel fillets.)

We bulid many boards with fine pitch on solder side and then wave. We use a wave fixture that is custom for each board. The fixture covers the SMT components and only exposes the PTH lead during the wave process. It requires about .070 to .100" clear

Greetings, I would like to do a height calibration, because the laser of the machine seems to be out of control, I'll explain why: When I measure the height of a 0402 resistor, I get around -0.60 to -0.70, when I fix it on what the machines has measu

Hello, mcdvoice It seems like your Juki RS-1R machine's laser height calibration may be off. When measuring a 0402 resistor, it consistently reports heights around -0.60 to -0.70, causing pickup issues during production. Manually adjusting it to -

We had lots of problems with bridging on 15.8mm pitch, QFP17-160 at the start. The board was .032 thick, double sided-six boards to a panel. Here is the problems (not neccessarily in the biggest to little but as i remember them) and solutions that he
