Anyone with 2001 era DEK 248 experience?

Just wanted to check and see if anyone out there has experience with 2001 era DEK 248 screen printers. Trying to set up a new (to me)machine, and I'm running into a bit of trouble. Please help!

If this is machine is of the same type of construction as our 248 with the pneumatic table sliding mechanism, check the 'table out sensor' in the 'digital inputs' section of the diagnostics menu. rgds AR

After cleaning also same issue, replaced by new nozzle also same issue,not cleared

We have some trouble adding a IC head Nozzle to a Siemens Siplace machine. It seems like the machine don't want to recieve new MA data, coz even if we restart the line the old nozzle configuration will be used. Anyone know what we do wrong ? ________

Quad 4C nozzle changer

I have 3 used Quad 4Cs and the nozzle changer on one machine never worked. I decided to troubleshoot it this week. I repaired the changer by changing a defective optical sensor but I still get error 17 when I try a run-step nozzle 1, 2 or 3. Error 17

Hi. Placement machines use nozzles to pick up the components. I found the terms "suction nozzle", "vacuum nozzle" or simply "nozzle". Do the terms all mean the same or is there a difference? Are there also nozzles that don't work with vacuum?
