What model of magazine are they? Are they the older black "TM" magazines or the newer "M" or "LM" models? On "TM" magazines, if the upper tape collecting reels are not turning for every slot in the magazine, the belt that drives the tape collection

We used to send our TM Magazines back to MYDATA (Micronic) for refurbishment. They turned them around pretty quickly.

They are the older TM type. The belts are whole and rollers move, it just doesn't move enough to pull the tape reliably. Thanks.

Travis, Thanks, but there is no adjustments (software or hardware) for tape advancement on the TM8FC magazines. Got a hold of the feeder documents from Mydata that Sr.Tech was talking about. I'll try there suggestions. Thanks

I don't know about the TM8FC magazines but the Agilis magazines allow you to slow down the tape advancement speed. If you can, slow down the tape advancement on the TM8FC.

I would say not very reliable. The component separator spring, pick point adjustment, and magazine have to be perfect. Your nozzles have to be perfect etc..etc... My general advice is move to a different platform if possible. I have worked extensive
