Batch cleaner

Electronics Forum | Tue Aug 31 18:34:32 EDT 2010 | aqueous

If the batch cleaner is truly closed loop, then 100% of all of the process fluid (water) is captured, filtered (particulate, carbon, resin) and reused. This answer is based on a traditional closed-loop batch cleaning system with an integrated water

Recommendations for ultrasonic cleaning solution

Electronics Forum | Tue Jul 10 18:03:49 EDT 2001 | pzohbon

Does anyone have a recommendation for a cleaning solution used in an ultrasonic cleaner for cleaning RMA solder paste off stencils and adhesive off pcb boards. I am going to be evaluating Armakleen 2001, Zestron Vigon SC 200, and Aqueous Technologies

VIGON A200 and aluminium electrolytic capacitors problem

Electronics Forum | Thu Nov 21 11:10:07 EST 2013 | luciano

Hello, We've just started using VIGON A200 in our Aqueous Trident XLD system and observed that aluminium electrolytic capacitors get corroded. Concentration was set at 20% and washing is done by spray at 150F for 6 to 8 minutes. Then is rinsed seve

saponifiers compatible with CPVC

Electronics Forum | Tue Jan 17 10:29:10 EST 2006 | Mike Konrad

Armakleen is compatible with CPVC as are most aqueous-based chemistries. Armakleen, in its day was a superior chemistry. It was the first of the aqueous blends to offer bright solder joints (earlier saponifiers commonly dulled solder joints). Arma

Not really. A new Electrovert AquaStorm 100, in-line machine, is under $60K, for straight aqueous applications. The batch type from Aqueous Tech are like $35K I believe. $120K would be for a high performance in-line machine, such as the AquaStorm 200

You may want to consider Zestron's Vigon SC200 (703) 589-1198. Many of our customers use this chemical with great success. Another alternative is Hydrex from Petroferm (904) 261-8286. Good Luck, Mike Konrad Aqueous Technologies Corporation
