I have one Topaz X FNC machine with this problem. The head 2 FNC not change the nozzle. The head 4-6-8 is ok and change, but head 2 no, when he tries to change the nozzle he gives me an error message. What could be the problem?

Thanks for everyones help. I have resolved this by filling all but one of the nozzle holders in nozzle changer banks.

Agree with PDE. We have two GSM's and we get this error often. Palm down e-stop when you get this error message. Machine will drop nozzle bank down after doing some segment repairs. Open covers and make sure nozzles are seated in reference to ali

I have a Universal GSM which won't change nozzles from the changer. It says something along the lines of "timed out waiting for air pressure to build". Even though it has around 100PSI air pressure. Any ideas how to solve this? Cheers
