No, changing the VM1931 CF memory board allowed the IP-1 to start working again. The VM1931 was causing the problem. Later I removed the VM1931 completely and the IP-1 is still happy as a clam and bringing home the bacon. Regards, Bert

We leave the next days quantity out overnight. Never had to do more than 4 kneads. On the inline we don't do any and the VMP 100s we only do one. Only seem to require kneading on the old clam shell printers - don't know why! That's with Indium SMQ 92

If it's forced air convection I'd check all the circulating fans and filters. Also if its a clam shell bonnet make sure it's closed all the way and the seal is good. You didn't specify whether it is one zone or the full length of the oven, I do not w

I used a clam-shell type for years before switching to the LPKF. The ZelPrint LT300 looks a lot like the LPKF one. I prefer the LPKF or ZelPrint style because they are capable of getting better (more accurate and more consistent) prints when compared

I have dealt with Manncorp twice, and both times did not go well, so I do not recommend dealing with them. I use the Mistral 260 and am quite happy with it's performance. However, it does not open like other clam-shell style ovens. I haven't needed
