Which nozzles are coming up NG on the large camera? If it's the smaller ones, don't worry about it. Those nozzles don't use the large camera anyways. Be concerned if the small nozzles are coming out NG on the small camera.

Hi, Now it was a couple of years since I did this but it's possible. I have been down to 0.5 mm pitch. If you have a vision system with vision type 230 I would suggest that you use that. One other trick is to only specify 50 % of the ball diameter.
