Hi. Please help. On DEK 265 GSX i've got on the monitor message: "DEK 265 GSX Motor comms failure, card 1, axis 123 fatal error." F1-F8 doesn't work, machine cant start. No result after Reinitialise machine. Which one is this card1? Is it in PC?

So looks like we have it locked down to the dongle failing, we have tried to read it in other PC's with Deskey's software and nothing. the PC's can see the dongle in the device manager but get nothing else. I don't believe we have a back up for this

Suspect comms link error from Y3 to Y1 crate. COM 2 off of CPU, depending on board. If CPU board has RS485 port it is direct to back panel of PC; if older board it only has RS232 and thus requires 232/485 converter board (internal to PC). then direct

Sounds like the Cognex vision processor in the PC is bad. There is really nothing you can do but buy a new one. These typically run between 5k to 9k. Good luck

I believe the gentleman in India found a problem with one of the EuroSystem cards; AND then an issue with a corrupted PC MINT on the HDD... Seemingly resolved.

Assuming you are not seeing 240VAC @ PSU inputs. Present @ transformer, but not much beyond CB1 on Y4... Nothing to PSU's or PC, etc. Inrush suppressor(s) (Thermistors). Contact me directly. www.dekhead.com
