Is jet dispensing of highly filled polymers possible? I have only seen applications with SMT adhesives, where the filler content is on the order of 10%.

Hi, In your case definitely go with a pure time/pressure. If you want to make repeatable small dots later - only Archimedian screw. Another way is jet printing technology, which I assume is very expensive and far away from your case. Regards, Emil

Being a user or former user of both machines (user of Mycronic MY600, former user of Essemtec Scorpion used for adhesive dispensing), it really depends on the need of your business. We use the Mycronic jet printer for multiple processes: SMT printing

And I can set deposits down to 34 um on our my500. I do not have the exact numbers in front of me on the my700 or Essemtec, but they will both be better than that.

Currently trying to get away from using stencil printing. Looking for information on Micro-Dispensing and dot size using a Vermes MDV-3200A micro jet dispenser. I am using a Indium led free solder that has size 6 balls. With a 100 micron dispense hea

The my700 can dispense 1 million dots per hour. It's not an exaggeration either. It literally never stops moving, and is dispensing without contacting the board. It uses the same type of mathematical calculations that a plane dropping a bomb uses in

Hello, My company is looking at building our own led PCBs. We are looking for a complete line. So far we have looked into Europlacer with the pick and place being the IINEO+. We have also looked at Essemtec with the pick and place being the P

Essemtec like to keep some details to themselves to make you initiate contact but the Jet nozzle page states it can do 0.4mm dots. Last I checked a single Jet dispenser was about £15k GBP, the Scorpion machine itself is effectively the same platform

What is the difference between jet printing & jet dispensing. Our's is small prototyping, high reliability PCB assembly business. The SMT components used are up to 0.4 mm pitch BGA & 0201 size chips. Which is more suitable for us?
