Not an expert on PCB manufacture, but it looks like mask from other side of PCB flowed through vias before this side was masked. Is it possible previous vendor masked this side first, or used film-type mask which would not flow through?

Yes, a polite complaint to our board shop later and the next batch didn't have that problem at least. I'm not convinced it's an ENIG issue as there was variability panel to panel in the first place.

Is it o.k. to clean my glue stencils in the same IPA stencil cleaner I use for solder paste? Also if anyone with experience in stenciling glue can lead me away from first time pitfalls I would appreciate that as well. thanks in advance

Not knowing your brand of Heller, I might suggest disconnecting the first cooling section to verify it's your heater fans. I just had a retro kit done to my Electrovert for a similar thing.

whats the type of paset and the type of profile you're running. Doesn't look like enough heat to me on the first set of pics I see. Are you running ROHS BGAs on a lead profile?
