Does anybody know how to update a different nozzle than the standard one on a Fuji IP3 machine? I want to use a 15.8 mm height nozzle, but the limit on height size is 10 mm for IP3.I know, I need to use a special nozzle, so I�m trying with a 16.00 m

I received an error on my fuji ip3 which is: "Placing head 1 nozzle has become detached." Does anyone have any idea what is going on and how to fix this. Thanks

The nozzle shafts are different (and windmill/ head), cutter blades and assy. are different, that's all I can think of off the top of my head. Also slightly slower than a CP64. I believe the 65 and 65000 are the same.

We have a CP6 5000, please kindly inform us the optimal tact time is 0.09 or 0.12. Kindly confirm us the CP65 is same or different to CP6-5000. The CP6-4000 and CP6-500, any different, except on the table size? Hope to recieve your help?!

Hi all, Is there anybody out there who have some experience of Valor Trilogy 5000 in respect of programming/line balancing SMT-lines consisting of Fuji CP6-4's and UIC-GSM's? Our company is seriously thinking about to go for UniCam and their solution
