Hello Daxman, Thanks for the input. Yes, the CP2 is closely related to the CP4 and does have the analog servo amps as you deduced. I did a wiggle test on the connectors and found that the x-y-r servo amp alarmed right away and blinked the x axis a

Hi, Can anybody tell me how to clear Fuji XP2 machine unused data. The machine will become very slow in loading data after long time used. Besides deleting program, what else the effective methods to solve this problem.

I have used fuji XP series for about 3-4 years now. We have XP1, XP2 & XP3 in our Prototype Dept. Excellent machines for this purpose. Very easy to program, can edit at the machine, placement, repeatability, reliability is just like any other Fuji

Our plant does not use an automated process, but I have done some research to the LPF Label Feeder by hover davis. It is for the Fuji IP, QP2, QP3, XP. Hope that will point you in some direction or get this thread started.

We have had one in our facility for 2 and 1/2 years. Running it 24/7 Monday - Friday and some weekends as well. Have not had one bit of trouble. Rock solid Fuji.
