Hi, I just saw the new NXT machines at globaltronics in Singapore, and mostly they are faster. However what was interesting is Fuji shows a prototype of the new XPF machine, but it was called XPF-W which handles really large PCB's and uses the sam

Hi, I have only handled MYDATA and Fuji personally. MYDATA was not realiable, Fuji's are perfect. As for feeders the XP series, we have 5 of them, and they all use the same feeders as the older machines such as CP and IP series. The XP can even use

Hi, I think you can run the wide modules if you need to run large boards. However we went for a bunch of XP machines instead of NXT, because we can use IP and CP feeders, plus we get 100 feeder slots per XP-143, where each module of NXT has less. Bu

The AIM was actually designed to use some of the same hardware that the NXT machines use (placement heads, feeders). Main use for this machine is HighMix/LowVolume, NPI, prototyping. It will be at the ATE show in Sept. BTW - It is not going to replac

Our plant does not use an automated process, but I have done some research to the LPF Label Feeder by hover davis. It is for the Fuji IP, QP2, QP3, XP. Hope that will point you in some direction or get this thread started.

Hi, Yes, it was fun reading this thread again. We initially upgraded our MY9 to a MY12 with line scan camera, but it was still too slow. We considered getting a second MYDATA, but decided to go with some FuJi XP 142, and 242 machines, with a second
