We have been having an ongoing problems with radial electrolytic capacitors (thru hole)for some time. 1. When we wash them in our inline cleaners the sleeving shrinks up from the PCB leaving the 'can' exposed. Some designs have traces on the surf

| | | I left the company before this thing ever got resolved, so I don't know the answer, but here's what we did to get boards out the door. Baked them in a desicating oven. You know, the kind that pulls vacuum? It was a regular overnight process

Here in this circuit LED is placed at the collector. i am with an impression that, IE=IB+IC. so it is better to keep at the emitter, right ? all the gain of the transistors are not utilized. What is the purpose of LED, placing at collector? Please e

You did not attach anything here. Transistor can be connected in different circuit(like common Emitter) and will use Collector current as output. Also Ic is about the same as Ie in value, as base current Ib is insignificant usually in uA.
