Greetings, Is there a Mil Spec or IPC spec on how many times you can wave solder a PCB? I did a search on this forum with no results. Common sense says two or three times. I need documentation.Thanks for any info.

Hi Ramon, We have had this problem before on our Seho Wave Solder Machine. We are currently using a spray fluxer as well. By imersing the PCB into the flux you stated you are getting good results. What you need to do is check your spray patter

Rules of thumb :- 1. Never over flux - not necessary and waste's money. Never top flux neither 2. Top Board temp. around 70C - 105C or there about's pending what laminate you use. Obviously the more flux you apply the higher heat required/denser PC
