Shy You should try SMT-5. First solder PTH comps, then apply paste with your pick and place and apply glue with ur screen printer and come back to place smd with pick and place and then reflow. You will get great results. Good luck

i had it placing with nozzle that placing 0805 or 1206 and teached where's flat surface is for picking up , and i have my XY moving slowing down to 50% . just wondering what kind of machines do you have??

There is no reason why your machine shouldn't be able to place that part. What error or errors are you getting when the machine tries to place that 8-dfn package?

So, for Pick and Place machies, will I see any improvements on placement or anything else using CAD instead of plain Pick and Place? Don't know does it metter but I'm using Universal Instruments machines.
