Is it feasible to have one type of board carriers to take boards thru 1) glue curing process for first side and 2)invert carriers with boards, and 3)reflowing second side, and 4) do manual stuffing of th components and 5) take them thru selective wav

Hello, Is anyone using an SMT pick&place machine to insert single contacts into PC boards? I have some boards that have 32 female contacts for 1mm pins, and 16 contacts for 0.5mm pins. I have been using Mill-Max for these contacts, getting the sma

I only have experience with universal gsm machines; they are cheap and easy to run/maintain, and can place just about anything we use. We do 0603 smallest for our products but I think it could do 0402. They aren't the fastest and are dated, but for r
