Hi, Does anyone have problems with the cover tape not peeling back on the 8mm wide feeders. We often find that particularly at the start of the job, the cover tape doesn't peel back causing mis-picks. Thanks, Grant

I have 10 8mm feeders purchased from alibaba, and they work fine, and do not appear in our maintenance log with any more frequency than the feeders that came with the machines. We do not use the IT system, so I can't speak on that.

Any one using samsung machines, CP40, CP50? I have a 24MM feeder that has 8MM pitch as lowest setting and I need to go to 4MM pitch. Any thoughts as to how I can achieve this? CP40/50 pushers are set for 1 push and higher. Thanks in advance

A typical machine will have around 100 feeder slots. Manufacturers use the slots differently though, use 8mm feeder counts as your basis. Siemens, for example has 40 slots but you can get 2 (or 3) 8mm's per slot giving you 80+ 8mm feeders, while a Sa

Jason, I dont know anything about samsungs but in relation to CP6 I could not praise it enough. Totally reliable,as fast Industry requires, consistent,easily maintained,plenty of feeder locations ,very wide component placement capabilities...... aj
