I've had that issue before, here's how you fix it, or at least it worked for me. Also assuming you didn't destroy a shaft, which should be obvious. Follow the flexible vacuum tubes to the top of the hydra shafts, you should see a red light below the

maybe you should check the mechanism .such as the drum with the twenty shaft.and A,B AXIS'S synchronization.and the clearance fo the helical gear.check the cutter and no strange sound, check the lens and no dirty or stable.check the twenty shaft.

Make sure the coupling that connects the motor to the rolex shaft is tight. Also make sure that there is no oil or grease on the rolex shaft.

Yes you should check your shaft height every now and then, or if you need to replace a shaft it shows you how to do it in the maintenance manual i'm sure.

Believe it Bob. The shaft is not an off the shelf standard part. It is custom. My next step is build my own shaft from scratch. If I figure it out I will sell Hydra repair kits for 9000.00 ea. = /

Could you not second source a shaft on an old junk machine from one of these companies that sell used equipment?? Probably a pain in the $@#$%^ though. Good luck...one way or the other it sounds to me like your going to get the shaft....haha... chow
