I do not know of a way to measure the nano-coating. However, it is easy to check if it is still on the stencil. Simply use a 'sharpe' pen and try and mark the bottom (PCB) side near any openings. If it easily marks, then the nano is no longer present

I think the nature of switches makes it challenging to seal.Unless otherwise stated in the datasheet, you are doing the right thing. If at least bottom side sealed, you might come up with some sleeves/wash pallets to cover and protect them in wash on

The best shelf life for OSP is run both sides the same day they are opened for the first time. They are good for JIT but I didn't know that they were still good after washing.

Unscrew it, pull it out at least a bit so you can take a better frontal image of it and from the side too. Then you would have better luck to find what connector it is by using the Google Image search
