how funny... we just bought a up1500, no manuals/install cd, and we need to do the same thing. i was hoping that by removing /sigpro/user.pwl and /sigpro/permis.lst, and all references to them in sigpro.ini and sig1500.ini it'd let me in, but no luc

DeanO, Glad you found your issue. Depending on which Speedline FSE installed your Accuflex originally, a copy of the manuals might have been copied on to the desktop or possibly in a Windows explorer folder. The operations manuals, IPB and schemat

Unfortunately Gerber EZ is probably the one thing I know very little about. As an FSE with Speedline I only had one client at that time that was using it and an application engineer came in and helped them with it. Sorry I can't give a direct answer
