You might try inspecting the drive belts in the head for missing teeth or other damage.

We still have an old Heller 1500W kicking around and I can't locate a parts list or manual. I know some "spring cleaning" went on and I'm wondering if someone tossed them. The main issue is the edge rail chains seem to suddenly have a lot of slack.

Thanks Mika and Pitbull - worn z-drive belt is the answer. Looks good from the outside (not frayed on the edges or anything). Removed it and it's missing some teeth. New one = runs fine.

I believe the drive of the conveyor whether rail or belt is the same so the sprocket choice in the software would effect belt or rail conveyor speed. I would make sure the number of teeth match the sprocket selection in the software.

Also have a look at ekra conveying belt tension and if they're not damaged (missing or damged teeth...) as it could affect the synchronisation of both belts and generate this kind of issue.

I couldn't find that standard free on the IPC website and was looking for a quicker answer (hang my head in shame...) Sometimes my company's a little frugal, and to get them to buy a standard can be like pulling hen's teeth... I will see what I can
