That's just dross. If you have nitrogen blowing over the wave, you could reduce its flow as it tends to blow the dust everywhere if it is set too high. (on the other hand it might reduce solder quality)

I've installed a number of these machines here in the US, several of them with VOC free applications. I would need to get a bunch of questions answered before I could make any suggestions: What is the pcb width? length? conveyor speed? flow rate (mm
