What specs to look 4 when buying XRAY machine for BGA inspection

Hi, I need some advice. What should I look at when buying a new X-Ray machine for off line BGA inspection? Should I concentrate on spot size?, Sensor resolution ? I need 130-160Kv and 70 degree Tilt axis board size about 30cm x 30cm Any suggestions
