We have 4 model nr 2015 and 3 model nr 0.100 machines that we don't need, and you can have cheap, if you are quick. Thanks, Harry Landis Intronics Power, Norwood MA

Hello all, I know there are very skilled guys. Can anyone suggest a stencil design to avoid component displacement during reflow to improve tension of surface forces and selfalignment? There are cases where the inductors are shifted. All parameters

Last year we installed two in-line ICT/Functional testers. With the current volume getting ever greater, we need to be able to identify post test what has been tested and what has not. One idea was to put two circular pads 0.100 apart with an 0.004"

We are having continuous bridging problems with the trailing leads on a 26-pin D-sub through-hole connector. The pitch is 0.100". The connector is going through the wave at approximately a 20 Degree angle. Does anyone have any board layout recommend

Hello, We use SJ50 serie AOIs. I made a program which watches the .dat file and if an algorithm changes then my program makes a log file from the parameters of the modification. I know some numbers are which parameters, but I don't know all. I write

I have been using a srt-1000 since 98. My guess is your heating up the part too fast. What is your heating rate (deg. C per second)? PBGA's do warp. Your profile should mimic your smt process (assuming you have no warping there). Also, check wit

We have a SMT build that has been trouble from day 1. This board is about 2" x 2" and is panelized. The PCB is unusually thick (0.100"). The problem we always have (no matter if it's leaded or no-lead) is that the solder likes to wick up the heal
