Have you tried to re-load the MINT software 1st? Are the breakers in at the back of the machine?

Hey, going to lunch now. Just for kicks, did you try to re-load Mint files? They may have been lost some other way, I have seen the DEK software do some crazy stuff in the past. Talk to You in a bit.

Robert, you will have to re-load the MINT software. It only takes a couple of minutes to do this. This will fix out the errors. Refer to your DEK manuals on how to carry out this function. Cheers, Alan.

I have worked with MPM and GSP (fuji) and the DEK. I have had the least problems with the DEK. Kept having software issues with the MPM although I have heard some having good experiences. We used the GSP for the through hole but needed new vaccum

Hi. Please help. On DEK 265 GSX i've got on the monitor message: "DEK 265 GSX Motor comms failure, card 1, axis 123 fatal error." F1-F8 doesn't work, machine cant start. No result after Reinitialise machine. Which one is this card1? Is it in PC?

The password on our DEK 260 is DEK1. Hopefully that will work on yours.
