Is jet dispensing of highly filled polymers possible? I have only seen applications with SMT adhesives, where the filler content is on the order of 10%.

Mark, There is a way to read the I/O but without the electrical diagrams I cannot help you with that. When you press the interlock button does it go out? Jerry

That means you are not clearing the interlock condition. Probably a switch has been bumped out of place or sometimes a wire for a switch gets broken.

Do you have an interlock bypass key? If you do can you reset the interlock in bypass? If you cannot, I believe there is a pico fuse on the interlock pcb in the control panel that may have blown.

The unit stopped sending air to the inserter suddenly. When I send the Status signal to the unit from the PC it returns waiting for NO Pushbutton/Limit. I can not find any issue with the limits or Em Stop buttons. Is there a chance that we lost an IO
