Check to make sure that your camera is not hitting / rubbing the edge/bottom of the stencil, especially if you are using a stencil adapter.

I guess the link you sent shows Top Side of the component. Send a picture of the bottom side - which the camera will see and I may be able to help.

It didn't see the ref points on the bottom of the hydra head. start by checking the camera for dirt or dropped parts. Is it a hydra camera or Linescan?
