We have used an 1818 for the past 10 years with no problems to speak of. We also have a model 5000 in-line with our equipment. Both machines are never any problem, as long as you keep the pumps cleaned. We are also looking to add a Gemini in

Pete, I was speaking to the Electrovert/Speedline/Camalot/Gemini factory tech's and App Eng's. I now have new machine files which slowed the pumps down to half speed, I have several needles....all of which still will not place a small enough dot.
