Regarding the non-adherence of this maintenance schedule......should we expect to see flux condensate on our solder joints?? Possibly leading to solder joint contamination, dry joints, solderability issues in production etc.??

It looks like the inside of the barrels on these holes are not plated. Check some raw PCBs and see. If not, solder isn't going to flow to the top or make anything resembling a good solder joint.

I would advise that you clean the stencil thoroughly at least every 4 hours, also though it is worth cleaning the stencil top and bottom after any breaktimes. To avoid solder paste drying off in stencil apertures. Best piece of kit I've purchased was
