Look out for shorts due to too big pads / balls colasping too much / too much solder paste though. there's a fine line and it's expensive to find it!

Mesh opening size may be a factor in whether or not the paste will pass but only in very fine line deposition. Generally speaking, the printed line width and deposition thickness determine what mesh to use. The paste supplier will be able to tell you

Hi Just one idea, many exist. If your electrical designers can tolerate it, sometimes a cross hatched design is used under areas where electrical performance is important. It reduces coupling and impedance effects compared to a full layer. Elimina
