So i have a pcb that is not panelized and it is a single pcb. The problem is that the pcb is small, so it needs to be on a fixture for it to go through the topaz-x machine. The xy data that the customer provided is for the pcb only. How do i include

Lock the pcb in the machine with the fixture. Teach origin 0 (O0,the datum origin or pcb origin). That's the only data you change.

Katrina, if the machine will zero on its own, there is nothing wrong with machine itself. You can now look into network cards in both line computer and line PC.

I have replaced both cards on the machine and the card in the PC. I have also replaced the cable. I can see where the machine is sending the request for data (by the screen shoots above). And I can see the PC is seeing something from the machine by
