hi dman97, have you generated your program without errors? if yes you pls check this folder and look for CP642M_FEEDERSETUPDEF.XML pls post the snapshot.

Here is the screen shot. The program does generate with no errors. This is the only program to give me errors. All others transmit fine.

do you have client pc? does the same job was opened and generated from different client pc at the same time?

Never mind. I figured it out. It seems that the part numbers I assigned were too long. I shortened them to 15 characters and it worked. I find it strange that the p/n's were too long, but Flexa did not catch this as an error, and instead proceede
