We leave the next days quantity out overnight. Never had to do more than 4 kneads. On the inline we don't do any and the VMP 100s we only do one. Only seem to require kneading on the old clam shell printers - don't know why! That's with Indium SMQ 92

At a previous location we used the Semco cartridges. Occasionally the operator would have to scrape down the stencil and knead the paste back in. That would keep the paste on the edges from drying out. It was just standard procedure.

I know this is not the answer to your question but it may help until you get the right cleaning process in place. I have found that kneading the paste with 3-4 double strokes during the first print has aided in bring our defective ppm down somewhat.

Run a test, but in our experience, yes you can reuse the paste. We ran tests on paste that was left on the stencil at the end of second shift, we put the paste back on the stencil the next day on first shift with no problems. You definitely want to
