Hey I am in need of the following replaclment parts for an MPM SPM-AV s/n: 7095 Im looking for the Z-Axis Motor MPM p/n: 000298 and a Z axis belt MPM p/n: p2387 Let me know if you have any of these or you can shoot me in the right direction.

I agree with Ken, the root cause could very well be obvious. However, take a look at the following items, these checks only take a minute to accomplish. 1. If your stepper drivers are the older 5410 Pac Sci modules, check for melted power connectors

It's been awhile but isn't there a sensor to tell the middle conveyor when it is lined up with the incoming and outgoing rails? If so that would explain why the table goes into Z axis overtravel. It still means your Y isn't working but makes it less
