Although we do not have any soldering issues with our OSP PCB's, I am trying to establish clear rules with regards pcb storage and shelf life. Our PCB's are supplied in metalised moisture barrier bags but without desicant, our current rules as follow

Ideally, shelf life should be twelve months from application, but not all OSP's are the same so check manufacturer's instructions

We are looking for a source which can accept our packing material ( PVC tubings, Chip Trays, reels and spools , PCB waste rails from depanalization). Anybody, who is currently using a recycling manufacturer for these packing wastes. Our intent is:

What is the recommended prep for a through-hole glass pack diode? Should a stand-off be used or can it lay flat on surface of the pcb?

The general control on QFP fine-pitch coplanarity is +3mils. suggest to look at the re-use of thrown out component from SMT machine. If the component pack in std pack, then most probably the lifted is due to processing, not incoming as the packaging

It could be the servo pack. We shut down the machine sometimes back and lastly sold it. The servo pack doesn't last long. Anyway, good luck to you.

Maybe you have the wrong waffle pack assigned to the machine. I don't have alot of experience with a f3 though. Are you using the UNIX based software?

Our engineer said when we deliver silver coated PCB to customer,we will use vacuum airbag packing with desiccant inside. And when you receive it,keep them in warehouse below 24 centigrade. If you have opened the packing,it seems no good way.
