This may not be the answer you were looking for, but I have worked for serveral leading technology companies and we used vision (type 10)on IP3, and QP3 machine and never had a problem with placement issues.

If it is anything like my Flexa then you would have to purchase the IP2 module license in order to communicate with the machine from flexa. I have had to purchase separate licenses for my different pieces of equipment. CP6, NXT, QP3, CP7

Our plant does not use an automated process, but I have done some research to the LPF Label Feeder by hover davis. It is for the Fuji IP, QP2, QP3, XP. Hope that will point you in some direction or get this thread started.

I am looking for price quotes on some cheap low profile stick feeder for our QP3. They are not US Vibra feeders and I cant seem to find a proper part number for these. They are the FUJI stick feeders anyone care to help with a number or a nice place

If there is a budget available, rather than looking at a Fuji CP7. Being issued with small strips of components would prove to be a nightmare with this style of placement machine. I would try to consider the Fuji AIM machine for use as the chipshoote
