There are some RoHS BGA:s that are within the "so called" solder joint strength & reliability, that can be solder in a non LF-environment! Certaininly LF-free or RoHS BGA will sometimes work the other way around. (I know about the ball melting point)

Hi, In our setup what we usually avoid is to use RoHS BGA on Pb process. But we use sometimes Pb transistor(4~6pins) on RoHS process, no BGA yet have been reported. Its really difficult to say about reability unless you start running some functional

preheat unit can is a little underpowered on some heavier assemblies, works foine for low mass .050 and thinnner though and have done some 062 as well Russ

We use 1 to 1 aperture on a 6 mil stencil, no problems. Do not over print unless your board resist allows you too.
