I agree with you. Personally, I would either return them and look for a new supplier or scrap these boards. Unless your customer provided these boards and gave you the go ahead to populate them, they will not be too pleased about the build.

thank you both for the input ok so i understand the hole is on a 5mmx5mm center the pin seems to be 3mm. About 3mm of the board goes under the clamp rail so the tooling strip must be wider than 5mm as the fiducial also needs to be on it. Mark_m yo

Ours is the same configuration as that, we run with neat Humiseal 1B31 through the needle valve and a 1:1 blend 1B31/Butanone (MEK) in the spray valves. Programming is done via a PC using the pendant and the path is point to point trained on scrap P

Steve, your best solderer in your shop will know that this ain't standard wire solder. I always put the best solderer on T/C attachment duty when I have a scrap PCB to play with. They even have difficulty getting the stuff to wet to pads and leads.
