We are using an A.P.E. Sniper Split Vision System and are very happy with it's ease of operation and capabilities. It uses very low velocity air so we have zero problems with parts being blown off the board. Another reason we went with the Sniper

Bob, Try looking into the Sniper SMD-7007. We use it and it's pretty effective. They come with standard 16x12" CCA holders but they are larger sizes available as an option. The system costs about $35k. See attached web URL: http://www.apecorp.co

Casey, I agree the Sniper is a fine machine! I'm doing uBGA's with a Sniper system and it is working great. Great uniform chip collapse! Plenty of power....That's why we bought the machine....Also, very easy for the production people to use. Jo

We have the sniper and it has worked well for us so far. If you are buying a used one it will have to be upgraded to be able to do Pb free.
