We had this issue with our old MV 150. This was usually due to clogged/dirty or bent nozzles, or clogged dirty filters on the vacuum supply to the head.

I would like to encourage Tom's suggestion of using Alex. We know him well and does amazing work. Have been using him for our CP-743's and IP3's when needed. Recommended.

Tom, I use the same Fuji machine you are referring to. The company that I use is ibe smt. Alex Dalgleish and Larry Johnson both are very well versed in these machines, and they stock parts for them as well. I have never had to look anywhere else f

I believe the early UP3000's had some significant mechanical issues. We have 3 UP3000 Ultraflex machines. We bought them used. These are great machines and easy to program but you need to have operators that really understand the machine. I dont thin
