I ended up buying a MM 7A camera form Techniquip. It was a major pain in the butt adjusting the box to the new camera. I ended up having to send the box and the camera into them so they could set it up properly.

MPM did not discontinue the camera, the camera manufacturer did. It�s not a custom made camera for MPM. Try searching used or second-source cameras. There are three types of vision systems offered on the SPM: manual cross-hair, semi-auto and high-res

SPM is superior. SPM has larger print area, up to 20� x 19", vs. 17.7� x 15.7� for the UltraPrint 100. UP100 is microprocessor controlled while the SPM has a PC. The SPM cameras can be positioned more rapidly and with greater accuracy than UP100's.

We are using our SPM to .012" pitch with excellent results. It has the manual vision. (two cameras with user defined outlines used with mylar alignment) EDIT - I meant 16mil pitch, not 12!

2 things can cause this 1. Go in and empty the temp folder on the C drive 2. Check and see of the lights are on on your alignment cameras. If they aren't there is an issue with the 24V power supply.
