You will also need a standardize solution to calibrate your 75/25 ips/DI mixture. Trek/westek is no longer, I think stoelting now supports the system though.

Sounds like you have a bad heater. Check current on each leg of the heater circuit, CON6 for the wash and CON7 for the rinse. The current should be the same on each leg. Trek is now part of Stoelting, tech support is 920-894-2293. Hope this helps if

The ICOM 5000 was made by Trek Industries. The company was purchased by Stoelting. I don't think they make or support these machines anymore. By the way, the correct formula for area is Length X Width X 2 (X 1.3 or 1.5 based on component geography)
