I got GSM2 Universal at auction. the machine boot O.K. it asked to put user name and password to run the software. please any ideal to remove it or reinstall the software. ( I have NO Manual or software ) thanks

Try this - boot machine to OS/2 and interrupt USOS startup procedure, go to USOS/CONFIG folder and rename PSWDUSER.CFG to something else, in case you will need it. Then copy the attached file and reboot.

Make sure your machine configuration is correct. You may have something assigned to the machine that is no longer there. For 24V check to make sure all of the E-stop jumpers are plugged in.

I will try this, thank you! Out of curiosity what about an 0807?? currently using an 1140 but there's still issues with that. I'm almost wondering if maybe parts just aren't sitting flat in the pocket so I'm getting pick and visioning issues.

Maybe you have to contact your machine support they can modify special nozzle for that component...i dont know what else you can try...or just contact your support and ask them what to do...we had a similar problem with LED diode on our machine..and
