Hi All, I'm getting an Electrovert Wave. It's the replacement for the Econopak. I can't remember the name. Either way, the spray fluxer is made by USI. Does anyone have experience with this spray fluxer. Good or bad would be appreciated. Thanks

USI Optima spray fluxer. Was mounted internally in an Electrovert wavesolder system. This fluxer had limited use and was used with a VOC free, No Clean flux so very clean.

Opti-Flux II spray fluxing system from Ultrasonic Systems (USI) is now capable of automated, in-line selective fluxing. The operator can now apply flux to selected areas of the board or pallet fixture. The system automatically identifies the type of board by bar code, which is associated with a recipe previously entered into the menu by the operator.
