Contact your distributor for the coating or Humiseal directly. Humiseal has had a recent issue with batches of 1B31. The specific problem is lack of adhesion, which is what you have as well. You need to find out if your batch # is one of the affected

I am using Humiseal 1B31 conformal coating and xylene mix on a PVA coating machine. Bubbles are appearing between the pins of LCCs mainly and bubbling is worse when put through the IR oven. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips to elliminate this

I would suggest Zymet CN-1703 for staking of the components using this coating material we use it very extensively with Humiseal 1B31, if you would like; I would be happy to coat a couple of your samples for your evaluation.
